Semi-Private training is a cost effective solution that helps you get more personalised training and better results without breaking the bank.

JNPT's Semi-Private Training allows you to train 3x per week. Classes are capped at Six people with Two coaches, so you can still experience the benefits of more frequent personal training without feeling lost in the crowd of a larger group.

As an Accredited Exercise Scientist (ESSA) with over 5 years of personal training experience, JNPT takes your circumstances into account when creating your program that will help you improve your exercise, nutrition and sleeping habits. There are no crash diets, extreme restriction or cookie cutter programs, just a plan that works for you.

How It Works
1. GET TO KNOW YOU CALL
In this no obligations call, we want to better understand you and your challenges to see if we can help you. If we're not the right fit for you, we will help guide you in the right direction of someone who can help.
2. 1:1 STRATEGY SESSION
In this private session, we’ll go through:

Movement Screen - To assess how your body currently moves, identifying any inefficient movement patterns or asymmetries. This will form the foundations for the starting point of your program.

Strength Testing - We'll use this baseline data as a reference point to track your progress throughout the program, so you can see your hard work is paying off.

16 Week Habit Building Plan - We'll deep dive into your current nutrition, exercise and sleeping habits that are holding you back from feeling your best. We'll carefully create a week by week plan so you can work on the smallest habits that will provide the best result based on your busy lifestyle.
3. SEMI-PRIVATE PROGRAM
You will then join our semi-private sessions, where you'll follow your own program that has been constructed based on the findings in the strategy session.

Sessions run for an hour and typically include a combination strength, mobility and conditioning exercises that will help you achieve your goals. ​

Jeremy Nissen
Hi, I’m Jeremy, the founder of JNPT Roseville Chase. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years, with the past 4 spent building and running my own coaching business.

When I started JNPT, my mission was simple: to help people of all ages and abilities fall in love with strength training so they can improve their health and quality of life. I do this by creating a supportive, welcoming environment where training feels enjoyable, achievable, and easy to stay consistent with.​
​
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science and I’m an accredited Exercise Scientist (ESSA). Having trained under some of the best strength coaches in Sydney, I've developed an eye for correct lifting technique and have put it into practice competing in two powerlifting competitions. I train consistently not only to practice what I preach, but because I love the physical and mental benefits it provides.

Nick Slaven
I’m Nick, an adaptive fitness coach who’s all about helping people move with confidence and purpose.
Starting as JNPT’s first ever client 5 years ago, I decided to leave my corporate career to pursue a passion in personal training!

Running has been a big part of my own journey, racing in events from 5km to 160km and beyond whilst supporting others through their own races as a qualified recreational running coach. These experiences taught me that discovering who we are shapes where we want to go, so to have the privilege to help others get there through exercise is a dream come true.
​
My goal is to translate the complex stuff into simple, actionable steps so you always know why you’re doing something, not just what you’re doing. Above all, I want you to feel in control of your own story – For although we can’t dictate what’s already been written, we absolutely have a say in what happens next.
